When does the 5% get charged?
It's deducted automatically when a payment releases — that is, after the brand approves a deliverable. If a deal falls through before delivery, neither side pays anything.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. On a $1,000 deal the creator receives $950 and the brand pays $1,050. Stripe's processing fee comes out of our cut, not yours — nothing is added on top of your 5%.
Who pays the fee?
Both sides, equally — 5% from the creator and 5% from the brand. Simple, transparent, fair.
What happens to unused campaign budget?
It comes back. Brands fund campaigns upfront, and anything unspent — including offers that auto-cancel under first-come-first-served — is refunded automatically.
What if a creator doesn't deliver?
You don't pay. Budget for undelivered work never releases and returns to you. Protection is part of the 5% — not an add-on.
Is there a minimum deal size?
No minimum. A $50 shoutout and a $50,000 campaign work the same way, with the same protections.
