Campaign offers
When you send a campaign's offers, your card is authorized for your budget, with the 5% fee included. Nothing is charged yet.
Accepted offers are charged once, when the offer window closes, the budget fills or every creator has answered. Offers that aren't accepted cost nothing.

Your card is charged the full price when the creator accepts, with the 5% fee added.
When the creator is paid
Either way, the money is held until you approve the work. Each deliverable has its own share of the payment, released to the creator when you approve that deliverable.
If you don't respond to a submitted draft, it's approved automatically after 7 days. We email you 4 days and 1 day before.
What covari costs
Creating an account and campaigns is free. covari charges 5% on accepted offers: included in your budget for campaigns, added to the price for offers sent from a profile. There are no subscriptions.
If the work isn't what you agreed
Request changes on the draft with written feedback; the creator revises and resubmits.
If a deliverable is overdue or was approved automatically and there's a problem, file a dispute from the deal page. Any payment that hasn't been released yet stays held while our team reviews it.
Your payment history is under Payments, where you can export your transactions as a CSV file.
