The deal page
Every deal has a page with five stages across the top: Agree, Create, Review, Post and Paid. It shows what's due next, the agreement, how much is held and what you'll receive. Open it from Collabs.
Submitting a draft
- Make the content described in the agreement and the brand's brief.
- Upload it somewhere the brand can open, such as Google Drive or Dropbox, and check the sharing settings.
- Paste the link on the deal page and submit it. For content that will be posted, confirm you'll label it as sponsored (#ad or the platform's paid-partnership label).
Each deliverable has its own due date, shown on the deal page.
Revisions
The brand either approves the draft or asks for changes with written feedback. You make the changes and resubmit from the same page.
Each deliverable includes a set number of revisions, shown in the agreement. Once they're used, you can still resubmit, but further changes are beyond what was agreed.
After approval
When the brand approves a deliverable, its share of the payment is released to you. For content that gets posted, add the post link on the deal page once it's live, so the brand can find it. UGC that the brand posts itself needs no link.
Every post must be labeled as sponsored. If the brand doesn't respond to a draft, it's approved automatically after 7 days.
What helps a brand approve the first time
- Read the brief before you start, and ask in Messages if anything is unclear.
- Cover every point the brief lists, such as showing the product or mentioning a feature.
- Make sure the link opens for someone outside your account.
- Submit before the due date. If a deliverable is overdue, the brand can file a dispute.
- Keep agreements in Messages, not in another app, so there's a record.
